Despite going to my limit, I did not get the house. Either the offer was a little late, or the offer accepted was higher.

Have to keep looking.

Ah, so much water has gone under the proverbial bridge since the last entry on houses. Seen many, many properties. The “house on the hill” is still there – and oddly enough, back on the market, at a lower price. I’ve realized that the noise from the freeway would be the deal breaker for me.

I have looked at a lot of places, changed the Realtor I am working with, and made an offer on a house (which wasn’t accepted – there were other higher offers). Now I’ve done it again. Today an offer was made for a house close to Coolidge Ave. It’s a unique little street in an otherwise ordinary area. Well, I’ve gone all out on this. Let’s hope it happens. I’ll probably know by Wednesday or Thursday whether I have found a home.
